I really like this image, the colours and tones work really well together, and they create, a really nice atmosphere. To a degree it reminds me of Gigers work, as in atmosphere rather than style, but also that of surrealism.
I seem to have taken the telephone wires from another image you created and taken that aspect and that reading of the ‘bird on a wire’ to this image. Even though it’s not telephone wires but that of barbwire. The elongated legs reflect that of a bird, the pose is sort of bird like as well. Maybe I have been tainted by the other image.
I do like the positioning and the suggestions within the work, I am drawn in to it and I am interested in finding out more about what it is about.
When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
